Our UK partner, Karen Pritchard, runs regular gong baths in a beautiful tipi at The Lost Barn in Tilston, Cheshire, under the name Om Sound and Energy Healing Journeys. Each gathering is a chance to lie back, rest and let the sound of the gongs wash over you.

As the year turns towards winter, this gathering, held just before the New Moon in Scorpio, focuses on grounding: slowing down, finding your balance and coming back to a quiet, peaceful place within yourself. Rest, release and restore.
Meet Karen
Karen is a Welsh Celtic Elder and sound and energy healer, shaped by a lifetime of practice and rooted in the Celtic tradition and ancient wisdom lineages. She brings over 50 years of experience of working with healing energy to every gathering.
Based in North Wales, Karen holds the UK stock for Khong Gong at our studio in Carrog, Denbighshire. [CHECK: confirm this wording, and add anything Karen would like to say about how she uses gongs]

What to expect
- Gatherings usually take place on a Sunday morning at 11:30 am and last about an hour and a quarter.
- You lie back, close your eyes and let the gongs and other sacred sounds wash through you. Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, lighter and refreshed.
- No experience is needed. Just come as you are; everyone is welcome.
- Spaces are limited to keep each gathering small, personal and intimate, so booking ahead is a good idea.
- Gatherings follow the rhythm of the year, around the new moon and the spring and autumn equinoxes.
